Having grown up near a military base and with years of law enforcement experience, I can understand the struggle of not taking care of ourselves. The struggle of stress management and anxiety. Learning to let go of all the things we can’t or don’t talk about. Understanding that taking time for ourselves is needed. Massage therapy is something I have always came back to, helping people heal the body is amazing but the unseen changes in people are even better. The body, mind and the soul are one. We need to take care of them as one.
